We purchased our hot tub from this company at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Owner called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.

We bought a hot tub through them at the Allentown fair last year. We love the hot tub. It Was a great idea to get for two of our young adult sons that live at home . They use it every day and invite lots of friends over. It’s something the whole family can enjoy. We can use it year round which is great. Owner is great and answers any questions you have. Very pleased !

Loving my spa, great crew installed it, have had it for a year so far. No problems yet and only 5 to 10 dollars extra a month on the electric bill. Went down to get supplies to the home center and loved the service, came back with a few garden gnomes and Holloween decorations on top of the hot tub supplies. They will ship supplies if needed they told me, but enjoy the trip down and looking around tge shop
